Our Handling, Shipping and Return Policy

At C/K Parts, we strive to provide fast, reliable service and a hassle-free shopping experience. Please review our shipping and return policy below.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Promotion
We are currently offering free shipping on selected items throughout our catalog as part of our launch promotion. This promotion is available for a limited time only and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order.

Before Shipment: If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can update the shipping address at no charge, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
After Shipment: C/K Parts is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is already in transit and a delivery intercept or address change is possible, additional carrier fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Cancellations

Orders Not Yet Shipped
Orders that have not been shipped and have not been received by the carrier may be canceled or returned at no cost to the customer.

Unwanted Items
If you no longer want an item after it has shipped:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be returned and received by C/K Parts before a refund can be issued.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Items can only be returned after 30 days of delivery and must be in unused conditions.

Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged:

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damage when available.
Damaged items may be returned at no cost to the customer.
A refund or replacement will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Lost, Misdelivered, or Stolen Packages

Lost Packages in Transit
If you believe your package has been lost during transit:

Contact us immediately.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Packages Marked as Delivered
Carriers may occasionally mark packages as “Delivered” before they actually arrive. If your tracking shows “Delivered”:

Please allow 24–48 hours for the package to arrive.
Check around your property and with household members or neighbors.

Misdelivered or Stolen Packages
If you believe your package has been misdelivered or stolen:

Notify C/K Parts as soon as possible.
We may require you to complete a Lost or Stolen Package Claim Form to assist with our investigation.
If available, providing security camera footage or other supporting information may help expedite the claims process.
